X-Act Technologies Ltd. Is a Calgary based manufacturer of custom and existing cable assemblies, custom multi-colored over-molding and intricate wiring harnesses. Our vision is to continue to manufacture technically innovative products of exceptional quality, while maintaining outstanding relationships with our clients, suppliers and co-workers. To expand on the core product base to promote growth within the company.

Design consultation is available to optimize efficiency and apply cost effective solutions. The cables and over-molds are then built specifically for each client’s needs to meet their specific industry and application requirements.

Our over-molding is enhanced by the addition of new and the continuous upgrading of existing technical processes. The molds are designed in-house reducing lead times and costs.

All final products are 100% tested to meet client specific standards. Tests are performed using computer simulation for fully automated testing and providing printouts upon request.

An internal tracking number is placed on all products manufactured by X-Act Technologies Ltd. This number can be referenced to allow the tracing of all parts and labor used to complete the assembly. This number is also used for warranty purposes as it will reflect the “built” date.

X-Act Technologies provides a one year limited basic manufacturer’s warranty.
