XACT Technologies Ltd. 1 Year Limited Warranty
XACT Technologies Ltd. (“the manufacturer”) provides a one-year limited warranty on all products from the date of delivery and will ensure prompt, courteous, and responsible service for all customers. In the event that the product is no longer covered under this warranty, the manufacturer will make its best efforts to provide replacement parts and components for servicing of its equipment at a reasonable cost to customers. This warranty does not cover consumable type materials.
Warranty Coverage
The original product must have been assembled using manufacturer recommended guidelines complying with applicable laws. If the manufacturer determines that the equipment is defective subject to the limitations of this warranty, the manufacturer will replace or repair it at no charge. The buyer shall not have any other remedy. All special, incidental, and consequential damages are excluded. The manufacturer is not responsible for any equipment that fails due to faulty components that have been supplied by the purchaser and the manufacturer may, at its discretion, supply the labour portion of the assembly only. The manufacturer warrants any such work done against defects in workmanship for the remaining portion of the original warranty period.
The warranty shall be voided by alterations of equipment, except by the manufacturer. Tampering with, improper installation or maintenance, and misuse will void the warranty. This warranty excludes all damage to these products resulting from carelessness or neglectful transportation.
The manufacturer shall have no liability or responsibility to customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss, or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by “equipment”.
This warranty is made expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties, merchantability, or fitness for particular purpose. No employee, agent, franchise, dealer, or other person is authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of XACT Technologies Ltd.

Service Program
The manufacturer will provide two programs for servicing and supporting the use of its products. These programs apply to products both under warranty coverage and non-warranty. The manufacturer is responsible for determining the most appropriate and efficient method for servicing its products under the individual circumstances. Please contact your Customer Technical Service representative to make a claim.
Telephone Support – At no charge to the customer, the manufacturer will provide telephone support; answering any questions regarding the use, maintenance, service advice, and troubleshooting for the expected life of the product.
Factory Service – Written consent from the manufacturer is necessary prior to any returns. The manufacturer will repair all equipment at its facility. Products will be checked against original specifications to verify the service has been performed correctly. Non-warranty repairs will be provided at reasonable costs to the customer for parts, labour, and actual shipping costs. All freight to the manufacturer’s facility is to be paid by the customer.
This Limited Warranty is on behalf of XACT Technologies Ltd. itself and no other warranty is expressed or implied on behalf of any other XACT Technologies Ltd. entities or partners. This Limited Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, accidental damage, improper care or alteration, operation outside the listed specification, fire damage, military conflicts, acts of terrorism, or acts of God such as flood and earthquakes, modification or repair by anyone other than XACT Technologies Ltd. or authorized distributor technicians.
