X-Act Technologies Ltd. specializes in the Oil & Gas industry, producing polyurethane jacketed and molded cables, and now provides cables for a broad range of applications including Telecommunications, Computer, Global Positioning Systems (GPS) , Oilfield Servicing Systems, Defense and Aeronautical.

Specific cable manufacturing capabilities include radio frequency cables, data cables, audio/visual cables, power cables, multi-harness cables, and more recently, grounding straps. X-Act Technologies also has state-of-the-art, multi-colored, over-molding capabilities, and has been manufacturing over-molded cables since 1997. Molds are designed in-house, reducing lead times on new cables. The company's 20,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facilities are located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

In 2001, X-Act Technologies became the largest supplier of cables to the US Department of Agriculture, pursuant to their differential GPS purchasing contract for NRCS and FSA field personnel. In July 2002, X-Act Technologies was assigned NATO Commercial and Government entity (NCAGE) code L1030 by the Canadian Department of National Defense.

X-Act Technologies Ltd. Is a manufacturer of custom and existing cable assemblies, custom multi-coloured over-molding and intricate wiring harnesses.

Design consultation is available to optimize efficiency and apply cost effective solutions. The cables and over-molds are then built specifically for each client’s needs to meet their specific industry and application requirements.

Our over-molding is enhanced by the addition of new and the continuous upgrading of existing technical processes. The molds are designed in-house reducing lead times and costs.

All final products are 100% tested to meet client specific standards. Tests are performed using computer simulation for fully automated testing and providing printouts upon request.

An internal tracking number is placed on all products manufactured by X-Act Technologies Ltd. This number can be referenced to allow the tracing of all parts and labor used to complete the assembly. This number is also used for warranty purposes as it will reflect the “built” date.

X-Act Technologies provides a one year limited basic manufacturer’s warranty.
